Agreement

These terms govern use of the Vex Raptor website and evaluation console. Paid deployments are additionally subject to your order form or MSSP agreement.

Authorized use only

Vex Raptor is offensive security software. You may only scan systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning is prohibited and may violate criminal law.

Eval tier

The free Eval tier is provided as-is for evaluation purposes, with usage limits described on the pricing page.

Disclaimer

Findings are provided for security assessment purposes. Compliance mapping is not certification. You are responsible for validating results and remediation in your environment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or evaluation console. Liability caps in your commercial agreement prevail for paid customers.
